12 weeks program included
Every year we’re seeing more fit seniors training at Fresh. Seniors today are fit people who enjoy being challenged. 60-plus fitness or senior fitness is much more than exercise alone. We like to help with that with our trainers and stand for a personal approach.
This is why we have developed the highly successful 12-week program in which you have 5 appointments with your trainer. After the initial 12 weeks, you can schedule a half-hour consult with the same trainer every 6 to 8 weeks.
You will receive personalized advice on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle that best suits your goals. The professional trainers take into account your experience, any injuries and the results of a number of physical tests.

- Monday before 9:00, between 12:00-16:00
- Tuesday before 9:00, between 12:00-16:00
- Wednesday before 9:00, between 11:00-16:00 or after 20:00
- Thursday all day
- Friday from 13:00
- Saturday from 13:00
- Sunday all day
