Do you really want to start working on your lifestyle now? More exercise and advice on nutrition, stress, sleep and hormones specifically for women? Then you’re right with us! We are a nice gym in Amsterdam South (the Pijp).

We have a diverse personal training team of men and women who have extra knowledge about everything you may have to deal with. Do you suffer from hormone fluctuations, loss of muscle mass, fat accumulation, reduced mobility, stress, sleeping problems or food intolerances? We would be happy to help you.

Personal training aimed at women

Here in Amsterdam South we would love to help you to feel good again. Step by step we will get to work. Whether you follow personal training with us for 1, 2 or 3 hours a week: we will give you tools for the rest of the week! Get advice on nutrition, stress, recovery, hormones and those conscious or unconscious habits. You can choose to train with a woman, but our mencan also help you. If you have a specific preference, you can always let us know.
