Our renovated sauna is open again!

The heat of the sauna improves the blood circulation in the body, the removal of waste products, your resistance and your general health.  The heat also stimulates the blood circulation and the removal of waste products, opens your pores, has a positive effect on your airways and gives new energy. In the sauna there is a delicious eucalyptus milk to pour over the sauna (not too much) and you can opt for relaxing music during your sauna visit.

Cold rain showers are available to ensure that you can end your sauna visit completely refreshed.

The sauna is a mixed sauna where it is mandatory to wear a towel and slippers.

A visit to our sauna is the ideal end to an intensive strength or cardio training, yoga class or as a relaxing ritual in itself

  • The process of perspiration starts through the alternation of warm and cold temperatures. You start to sweat and that ensures that waste products are removed.

  • Muscle pain is reduced. Lactic acids are broken down and excreted through sweating. The muscles oxygen supply is improved, so that faster muscle healing occurs.

  • Sauna is good for the skin. Sweating opens the pores, softens the dead skin cells and makes them easy to remove after a scrub or cold shower. You have a nice soft and elastic skin again.

  • Sauna is good for the resistance. Due to the high temperatures, your body thinks it is fighting against an increased temperature and produces extra antibodies.

  • You feel good. The sauna produces the hormone endorphins, which gives you a ‘feel good’ feeling afterwards.

  • You relax completely. The feelings of stress are released for a moment and you are only focused on relaxing.

  • Better blood circulation
