Do you want to get fit again and increase your self-confidence? During the Fresh Get Ready For Summer challenge you will be guided by our Personal Trainers trainees for 10 weeks in the field of training, nutrition and lifestyle. This program normally costs around 1270 euros, but now you can register from 295 euros!

What can you expect during the 10-week challenge?

  • 2 times per week personal training from a personal trainer trainee

  • Personal training plans based on your own goals

  • 3x an extensive body scan

  • 3x physical tests for strength and fitness

  • Also follow 1 of our 80 group lessons per week

PS. Are you going on holiday during that period? No problem! Discuss with your trainer when you can catch up with your personal training sessions at another time.
