For me, training clients is not just about walking into the gym and lifting weights. It’s about building a relationship, getting to know what works for you as an individual, and showing you that you can do so much more than you imagined possible. This goes for everyday life too. Building habits, boundaries, discipline and perseverance.
My approach is holistic, addressing not only workouts but also essential lifestyle factors like nutrition, sleep, stress management, and overall well-being. I specialize in weight loss, strength and cardio training, especially for those ready to shift from a sedentary lifestyle. For me, it’s about creating real change that sticks, so clients not only reach their goals but maintain them. “All change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end” — let’s work through each stage together.
