Sports are my passion. I think it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle: exercising regularly and working on your diet every day. I, myself, exercise martial arts and do strength training fanatically. I’ve always had an obsession with strength and what you can achieve with your body.

At Fresh I am active as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and kickboxing instructor. I also provide pad training and private kickboxing sessions. As a trainer I like to build relationships with my clients. It gives me satisfaction when people achieve their goals and get results.
