Hello! My name is Lindsay and I am a Scot with an education in Sport and Exercise Science from Edinburgh.
My goal is to bring the best out of you!
For me, training clients is not just about walking into the gym and lifting weights. It’s about building a relationship, getting to know what works for you as an individual, and showing you that you can do so much more than you imagined possible. This goes for everyday life too. Building habits, boundaries, discipline and perseverance.
Together we will focus on your mental health, stress levels, sleeping patterns, talk about your work/life balance, nutritional tips and tricks, mobility and strength.
You will certainly leave with more confidence and a large sense of achievement. One step at a time.
I know that starting a new journey can be scary and overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be that way. You’re the boss. Only you can change things for the better at any moment! That moment is now!
My anatomical knowledge and focus on quality of movement will help you reach your goals in a safe yet fun way, with an extra push to show you that you are stronger than you think in many ways besides the physical.
