My name is Daniel Karreman and I am both fitness and personal trainer at Fresh!
For years I have been a huge fan of strength training and everything that comes with it. That’s why I knew early on that I wanted to make it my job. As a result, I started following the HBO Sports Science course, where you are also trained as a lifestyle coach. During that training I learned a lot about anatomy, physiology and nutrition, but also, for example, about sports psychology.
I also completed my Precision Nutrition Level 1 training, where I learned about nutrition and how you can best put this into practice.
Within Fresh I would like to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is losing weight, getting more muscular or just feeling fit does not matter, I am happy to help you with everything!
I think it is very important to let people find and experience the pleasure in training so that fitness remains a part of your life!
