Summer Fit Program in Amsterdam
The Summer Fit Program at Fresh Fitness is more than just working out. In this 12 week program in Amsterdam, you work with personal guidance towards a fitter and stronger body. You start with 5 sessions with a trainer, so you build a solid foundation and know exactly what you are doing.
After this, you can schedule a 30 minute session every six weeks with one of our trainers to review your progress and adjust your training plan. This helps you stay motivated and continue working towards your results.
You will receive personal advice on training, nutrition and lifestyle, fully tailored to your goals. Our trainers take into account your level, any injuries and the results of physical assessments.

Quiet times are
- Monday before 9AM, between 12PM – 4PM
- Tuesday before 9AM, between 2:30PM – 5:30PM
- Wednesday before 9AM, between 12PM – 4PM or after 6PM
- Thursday all day
- Friday from 1PM
- Saturday from 1PM
- Sunday from 1PM
