Sports and training have always intrigued me from an early age. I find the fact that you can improve something if you work on it specifically (specificity), but also lose it if you do nothing with it (reversibility), very fascinating. What you put in; you literally get out.

Of course, you do not have everything under control in terms of health, but fortunately a lot can be preventable.

A healthy lifestyle is perhaps the best medicine, both preventively and reactively!

During my career, which has now lasted for more than 12 years, I have followed many courses in the field of Training, Nutrition, Coaching and Rehabilitation. In recent years I have learned a lot from (inter)nationally renowned people and organizations.

With me you won’t find a drill sergeant yelling at you. On the other hand, I am a calm, but also strict and very involved trainer. I act more in the background, and the results that my clients achieve are achieved together as a team.

Since, thanks to my extensive knowledge and experience, we can obtain information from several sources, I am convinced that we will achieve your goals. No goal is too crazy, together we make a feasible plan and with the help of my detailed approach we ensure sustainable results!

For example, do you want to lose 56kg in 36 weeks, increase your deadlift to over 100kg and even hit 150kg after 1 year, or do you have an Olympic golden dream as an athlete? Several of my clients have achieved it all!!

In my view, a consistently achievable training program, diet and optimal recovery are the keys to fitness!
