There are 168 hours in a week! You can choose to work with a personal trainer on a weekly basis, but at Fresh we also offer free monthly coaching for our members. With this, we hope to help as many people as possible in a way that suits them best.

Our trainers/lifestyle coaches can help you in various areas to create a healthy lifestyle such as exercise, nutrition, relaxation, sleep and recovery. Some trainers are more specialized in a certain area than others but because our team works closely together, we can join forces.
