Fresh Hyrox in Amsterdam

Fresh Hyrox is a high energy 45 minute workout at Fresh Fitness in Amsterdam inspired by the popular hybrid training concept. This class combines functional strength exercises with intense cardio intervals for a complete full body workout.

During the training you will move through a variety of functional exercises designed to improve strength, endurance and explosiveness. Expect a dynamic mix of strength movements, conditioning drills and cardio elements that challenge your entire body.
