Flow & Relax Yoga in Amsterdam

Flow & Relax Yoga is a dynamic class that combines strength, flexibility and deep relaxation. During this lesson you move through a series of yoga poses that help build strength and improve mobility while keeping the mind calm and focused.

Throughout the class you can expect standing postures, backbends, twists and sometimes inversions that help take your practice to the next level. The movements flow naturally from one pose to the next and are guided by your breathing.

The first half of the class focuses on a deeper and more active flow. In the second half we slow things down and move into relaxation, helping your body and mind fully unwind. This can range from holding a headstand to relaxing in shavasana, depending on the level of the group and the overall vibe of the class.
