BBB is a dynamic workout where the focus is on the three Dutch B’s: belly (buik), legs (benen) and glutes (billen)!
During this class we alternate cardio and strength exercises which will burn a lot of calories, while at the same time you work on making your body stronger and tighter. BBB is the perfect workout if you want to shapen your body but also want to work on your condition!
