Ik sport nu een aantal maanden bij Fresh en ben zeer tevreden. De sportschool wordt goed onderhouden en heeft alles wat je voor je trainingen nodig hebt. Door de deskundige begeleiding van personal trainer Rob heb ik mijn trainingsdoelen behaald en blijf ik gemotiveerd om door te trainen. Ook het lesaanbod is goed en gevarieerd! De kickboxlessen kan ik iedereen aanraden. Aanrader voor iedereen!

I have been going three months to the gym and its been amazing, the facilities are top quality. Rob has been my trainer throughout this journey and I could not ask for a better trainer, he is amazing person to talk with and has been extremely helpful to fit gym into my life in the best possible way and I have been seeing the best results I have ever seen in my body and life thanks to his guidance.

Doordeweeks is er standaard een trainer aanwezig tussen 08:00 en 12:00 en tussen 16:00 en 21:00. Buiten deze tijden is het in overleg wel mogelijk om een afspraak te maken voor personal training.
