Please note: Vacation or travel blocks are granted once every 12 months, with a minimum duration of 4 weeks.

Retroactive blockade is not possible. If the requested blockade period proves to be insufficient, you must indicate this before the blockade period expires so that the blockade can be extended. During the blockage, the direct debit continues to run. The blocked time is added to the end of the subscription.
