Build healthy habits with guidance and structure
At Fresh Fitness Amsterdam, our 12 week Summer Program helps you build consistency with personal guidance, coaching, and support.
Your journey starts with a personal intake where we look at your nutrition, sleep, stress, mobility, and movement. Based on your goals, we create a fitness plan that truly works for you.
What’s included:
- 5 coaching sessions during your first 12 weeks
- Personal guidance on training, recovery, sleep, stress, and nutrition
- More than 60 group classes per week
- Free use of sauna, ice bath, showers, and lockers
- Train from €50 per month during off peak hours
- No sign up fee
After your first 12 weeks, you can continue scheduling a 30 minute check in with one of our trainers every six weeks. This helps you stay motivated, track your progress, and keep moving towards your goals.

Quiet times are
- Monday before 9AM, between 12PM – 4PM
- Tuesday before 9AM, between 2:30PM – 5:30PM
- Wednesday before 9AM, between 12PM – 4PM or after 6PM
- Thursday all day
- Friday from 1PM
- Saturday from 1PM
- Sunday from 1PM
