Do you want to feel fit and healthy again? Join our 12-week personal training challenge and receive guidance from our personal trainer trainee Joep for 12 weeks! You will receive support in training, nutrition, and lifestyle!!

What can you expect during the 12-week challenge?

  • 12 weeks of 1-on-1 personal training (1 or 2 days a week)
  • Availability: Tuesdays 13:30-19:30, Thursdays 10:00-18:00, and Fridays 13:00-18:00
  • Personalized training plans designed to meet your individual goals
  • A comprehensive body scan
  • Supervision from the Fresh team
  • Advice on stress, nutrition, and sleep
  • Also follow 1 of our 80 group lessons per week

10 Personal training sessions €249
18 Personal training sessions: €399

Price for non-members:
10 Personal training sessions: €349
18 Personal training sessions: €539

Meet Joep!

My name is Joep, I’m 18 years old, and I’ve been passionate about sports and fitness from a young age. Being active is in my blood, and I knew early on that I wanted to make sports my career. Currently, I’m studying Sports and Movement in Amsterdam Zuid, where I also earned my fitness diploma.

Alongside my studies, I’ve gained a lot of practical experience, both in and out of the gym. With my knowledge, enthusiasm, and personal attention, I’ll make sure your training is not only effective but also fun and motivating!

I can’t wait to work 1-on-1 with you!
