Bonjour, I’m Vincent. I love helping people feel better in their daily life, move more and be more energized.
Coming from a climbing and an endurance background with numerous marathons and road cycling challenges, I know how both physical and mental play an important role in fitness.
As a father of 2 young kids, I found renewed energy through training and can tell how sport helps with sleep and stress! I will help you with a personal training plan that fits your lifestyle and busy schedule with impactful sessions.

Hello! I’m Noëlle, a 24-year-old Food & Dietetics student with a passion for fitness and health. Right now, I’m doing my minor in Personal Training, and I’d love to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in your body!
Whether you’re new to the gym or want to take your workouts to the next level, I’m here to guide you. Plus, I can give you nutrition tips to support your progress!

I am available all day on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, as well as on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon.

Hi! My name is Joep Walta, and for the next 10 weeks, I’ll be providing personal training at Fresh. In November 2024, I started my first challenge, where I learned a lot. Now, I’m taking the next step in my internship at Fresh: level B.
Sports have always been a big part of my life. I’ve been passionate about it since I was a kid, and it’s what I love to do most. I’m currently studying Sports and Exercise in Amsterdam South, where I also earned my fitness diploma.
As a social and eager-to-learn trainer, I have expertise in building muscle mass and losing fat. Over the next 10 weeks, I’ll guide you towards reaching your goals. With my experience and passion for health and fitness, I’ll help you step by step to become stronger, fitter, and more confident in a safe and supportive environment.

Hello! My name is Charlotte Vanneuville, I’m 32 years old, and I was born and raised in Belgium. Five years ago, I decided to move to Amsterdam,for love, of course!
In the meantime, I’ve married my Amsterdammer, and I’m currently doing my internship at Fresh Fitness. After years of working in an office job, I decided to take a completely new career path and turn my passion into my profession.
I don’t believe in strict diets or short-term results. My goal is to help you create a lifestyle that you can maintain, without stress, without restrictions, but with joy and renewed energy! Together, we will work not only on a stronger and fitter body but also on building a mindset that helps you embrace exercise and healthy eating as a natural part of your life. I’m a big food lover myself and truly believe that enjoying good food can go hand in hand with a healthy lifestyle.
