Personal Trainer
My name is Charlotte. I am 33 years old, originally from Belgium, and have been living in Amsterdam for six years.
Personal training was not a random career choice for me. I made a career switch from an office job to the fitness industry after completely transforming my lifestyle and losing over 20 kilos. I know what it feels like to start, to doubt yourself, to get stuck, and most importantly, to become stronger again both physically and mentally.
What I love most about coaching and training people is seeing them discover they are capable of more than they thought. Not only reaching their goals, but also building confidence in their own bodies.
My focus is on strength training, muscle building, and fat loss, with strong attention to recovery. I can also guide you toward an eating pattern that fits your lifestyle including dining out and enjoying life without guilt.
What can you expect from me? Coaching, honesty, and structure. No quick fixes, but an approach you understand and can maintain. So training does not feel like an obligation, but becomes a natural part of your life.
