Hi, I’m Casper Schulte Fischedick. After working in IT for 10 years, I decided to turn my passion for sports and cooking into my profession following the outsourcing of my position. A decision I have not regretted for a single moment.

Sports have always been a constant in my life. Over the years, I have practiced hockey, squash, BodyPump, bouldering, and freediving. In recent years, my main focus has been on calisthenics, free weight training, and plant based nutrition.

I am currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics, which allows me to strongly connect training and nutrition. At Fresh, I work as a personal trainer on the gym floor, helping members work toward a stronger, fitter, and more energetic body.
