Want to start the new year on the right foot? Sign up for our 10 Week Challenge. We’re starting a new round again from mid January. It’s an easy, approachable way to get to know personal training at Fresh.

During the 10 Week Challenge, you’ll train for ten weeks with personal coaching, one or two times per week. You’ll receive a personalized training plan, get a detailed body scan, and get practical advice on training, stress, nutrition, and sleep.

That way, you’re not just working on feeling fitter and having more energy, but also building a healthier routine that fits your life.

The challenge is guided by our personal trainers in training: Iepke, Cesar, and Charlotte. They’ll be there to motivate you, coach you, and help you make real progress.

  • During these 10 weeks, you’ll receive one on one coaching from our personal trainers in training, focusing on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle to help you reach your goals.
  • Measuring is knowing. That’s why we take the time for it. Through a personal baseline measurement, we gain insight into your health.

Meet Iepke

Last year, I decided to start my education as a personal trainer. As a Thai massage therapist and Pilates and Yin Yoga teacher, I regularly work with people who experience shoulder, back, and neck complaints. I wanted to learn which fitness exercises help strengthen muscles and how to perform them with proper technique. This way, you can move through life with fewer injuries and more freedom of movement.

Markus offered me an internship at Fresh Fitness, and over the past months I have been learning the profession by working alongside Rob and Daniël. In addition, I follow personal training sessions with Seran, because I also want to become stronger and get nicely shaped arms again.

The human body is truly amazing. I notice and see myself getting stronger through fitness training. I also believe it is important to take good care of your body by getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying active. This helps me feel my best mentally, physically, and emotionally. I would love to guide, motivate, and support you during the challenge, so you can feel healthy and fit and start the new year feeling good.

Iepke is available all day on Wednesdays until 8:00 PM, on Thursday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and on Fridays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Meet Charlotte

Hi! I’m Charlotte Vanneuville, 33 years old, born and raised in Belgium. Five years ago, I moved to Amsterdam, yes, for love.

In the meantime, I married this Amsterdam local and after years of working an office job, I am now turning my big passion for health and strength training into my new career.

Starting in January, I will be coaching the 10 Week Challenge at Fresh Fitness for the second time. Last year, it was amazing to see the participants’ confidence and knowledge grow, especially among those who had never done strength training before.

When I’m not working out, I love traveling with my husband and family, discovering new cuisines, and I truly believe that a healthy lifestyle can go perfectly hand in hand with enjoying good food. Balance comes first, not perfection.

As a coach, I am patient, clear, and involved. I guide you step by step, so you can feel proud of what your body is capable of. You don’t need to be fit to start, you start to become fit. Together, we’ll build strength, energy, and confidence. And all of that without feeling like you have to give everything up, because trust me, I don’t do that either! Charlotte is flexibly available on weekdays as well as during the weekend, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Meet Cesar

Hi! My name is Cesar Gijselhart and I am currently studying to become a Personal Coach. Training movement and personal development are more than interests to me they are what drives me.

I believe in coaching people in a positive and realistic way with a strong focus on motivation trust and enjoying the process of training.

During the 10 Week Challenge I am excited to apply my knowledge in practice and support participants in working towards their personal goals. Together we take step by step progress towards a fitter and stronger body that fits your lifestyle.

Cesar is available on Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

  • Monday before 9:00, between 12:00 and 16:00
  • Tuesday before 9:00, between 14:30 and 17:30
  • Wednesday before 9:00, between 11:00 and 17:00, or after 20:00
  • Thursday all day
  • Friday from 13:00 onwards
  • Saturday from 13:00 onwards
  • Sunday all day

The hardest part is starting. Fresh makes it easy. Change your life, jump in.
This is such a great gym. The staff is so sweet and attentive. The equipment is very well maintained and I love that they have a sauna and ice bath.
Sinds zo'n twee maanden train ik nu bij Fresh Fitness. Goede begeleiding door Daniel. Kan tussendoor altijd wat vragen. Vriendelijke staf. In het begin zag ik er wat tegenop om te gaan maar word steeds enthousiaster en ga vaker en het werkt. Voel me een stuk energieker. Een gezellig en fijne plek om mijn doelen te behalen voor oud en jong.

Inmiddels weer een paar maanden verder is mijn conditie weer stukken beter. Toen ik begon was ik niet in staat veel te lopen of te fietsen. Dat gaat nu weer stukken beter. Heel blij met de begeleiding van Daniel Karremans en de fysiotherapeut Majiec Piech. Zij zijn een geweldige inspiratie en ondersteuning. Mijn dank daarvoor!

Wat een geweldige sportschool! Dankzij de begeleiding van Martijn en de exceptionele service van Saskia voel ik mij helemaal thuis hier!
Service en het team is behulpzaam en gelukkig niet zo’n drukte als normale gyms. Maar eig kom ik voor de koffie, coffeecompany is d’r niks bij.

Ik was een jaar niet geweest. Eind december weer een abonnement afgesloten. Gelukkig nog steeds een prima sportschool voor iedereen met leuke apparatuur en goede begeleiding. Oh ja: mooie nieuwe kluisjes!

De groepslessen zijn over het algemeen leuk en motiverend, maar helaas is er een terugkerend probleem met de airconditioning in de groepslesruimte. Deze werkt opnieuw de hele tijd niet, waardoor de luchtkwaliteit erg slecht is en het onaangenaam wordt om te trainen.

Daarnaast wil ik aangeven dat ik de BodyPump-les van Mounir niet kan aanbevelen. Tijdens de les draait hij vaak met zijn rug naar de groep en is hij bezig op zijn laptop, wat ten koste gaat van de begeleiding en betrokkenheid.

Hopelijk wordt hier in de toekomst aandacht aan besteed, want de gym heeft zeker potentie.
Response from the owner:beste, ik begrijp niet zo goed wat je bedoeld met de airco. Deze heeft afgelopen jaar misschien 2 keer niet gewerkt en doet het juist mega goed. We krijgen juist complimenten vaak over de airco.

Jammer dat je de les van Mounir zo ervaart, ik zal hem vragen of hij zicht hier in herkent. Mounir geeft al ruimt 10 jaar les bij Fresh en de meeste klanten geven juist aan dat ze zijn begeleiding erg fijn vinden.
Since joining, it has only encouraged me to want to train more as the atmosphere is great and the staff and people are all very welcoming and warm ! I would recommend this gym to everybody !

Great small gym with most equipment needed and trainers to show you other options if they don’t have something. Also clean sauna and cold plunge.
