Reserve Group Classes via the Technogym App

At Fresh Fitness, reserving group classes is not mandatory. If the class is not fully booked, you can simply join. Would you like to secure a spot in your favorite class? Then we recommend reserving your class in advance through the Technogym app.

How do you reserve a group class?

  1. Open the Technogym app.
  2. Tap on Group Classes on the home screen. You can find this on the left side next to the Fresh Fitness tab.
  3. Choose the group class you would like to reserve. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. New classes become available daily from 06:45 AM.
  4. Tap Reserve. You will receive a confirmation email if notifications are enabled.
  5. You are now registered for the class and can also see which gym buddies have already signed up.

Canceling a Group Class

Can’t make it to your class after all? You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 hours before the class starts through the Technogym app.

Go to the same class and tap Remove.

Something came up within 5 hours before the class starts? Please call the reception desk.

You will also receive a reminder on your phone or by email one hour before the class starts.

Rules for Booking a Group Class

Please note: after 2 no shows or late cancellations within 30 days, the reservation option will automatically be blocked for 7 days.

Waiting List for Group Classes

Are you on the waiting list? There is still a good chance you can join the class. Spots often become available last minute.

Tip: enable notifications in the app or via email. This way you will immediately receive a message when a spot becomes available.

Can’t make it anymore? You can easily remove yourself from the waiting list. This will not affect any penalties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I reserve group classes?

There can be several reasons for this:

1. Your email address does not match

The email address in the Technogym app must be the same as the email address in our administration system.

If this is not the case, the reception desk will need to update it in both systems.

2. There are two accounts

Sometimes a duplicate account is accidentally created in the system.

The reception desk can fix this for you. Afterwards, simply log in again and you will receive a prompt to merge the accounts.

3. Your membership has expired

It is possible that your membership is no longer active. The reception desk can check this for you immediately.
