From a young age, sports and training have always fascinated me. The fact that you can improve something by working on it specifically (specificity), but also lose it when you neglect it (reversibility), truly intrigues me. What you put in is literally what you get out.
Of course, you cannot control everything when it comes to your health, but fortunately, a lot is within your control.
A healthy lifestyle is both preventive and reactive, and perhaps the best medicine of all.
Throughout my career of more than 12 years, I have completed numerous courses in Training, Nutrition, Coaching, and Rehabilitation. In recent years, I have learned extensively from nationally and internationally renowned professionals and organizations.
With me, you will not find a drill sergeant yelling at you. Instead, I am a calm, yet disciplined and highly involved trainer. I operate more behind the scenes, and the results my clients achieve are results we accomplish together as a team.
