New Year, new start: join the 10 Week Challenge!
Want to start the new year on the right foot? Sign up for our 10 Week Challenge. We’re starting a new round again from mid January. It’s an easy, approachable way to get to know personal training at Fresh.
During the 10 Week Challenge, you’ll train for ten weeks with personal coaching, one or two times per week. You’ll receive a personalized training plan, get a detailed body scan, and get practical advice on training, stress, nutrition, and sleep.
That way, you’re not just working on feeling fitter and having more energy, but also building a healthier routine that fits your life.
The challenge is guided by our personal trainers in training: Iepke, Cesar, and Charlotte. They’ll be there to motivate you, coach you, and help you make real progress.

Meet Iepke
Last year, I decided to start my education as a personal trainer. As a Thai massage therapist and Pilates and Yin Yoga teacher, I regularly work with people who experience shoulder, back, and neck complaints. I wanted to learn which fitness exercises help strengthen muscles and how to perform them with proper technique. This way, you can move through life with fewer injuries and more freedom of movement.
Markus offered me an internship at Fresh Fitness, and over the past months I have been learning the profession by working alongside Rob and Daniël. In addition, I follow personal training sessions with Seran, because I also want to become stronger and get nicely shaped arms again.
The human body is truly amazing. I notice and see myself getting stronger through fitness training. I also believe it is important to take good care of your body by getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying active. This helps me feel my best mentally, physically, and emotionally. I would love to guide, motivate, and support you during the challenge, so you can feel healthy and fit and start the new year feeling good. Iepke is available on Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Meet Charlotte
Hi! I’m Charlotte Vanneuville, 33 years old, born and raised in Belgium. Five years ago, I moved to Amsterdam, yes, for love.
In the meantime, I married this Amsterdam local and after years of working an office job, I am now turning my big passion for health and strength training into my new career.
Starting in January, I will be coaching the 10 Week Challenge at Fresh Fitness for the second time. Last year, it was amazing to see the participants’ confidence and knowledge grow, especially among those who had never done strength training before.
When I’m not working out, I love traveling with my husband and family, discovering new cuisines, and I truly believe that a healthy lifestyle can go perfectly hand in hand with enjoying good food. Balance comes first, not perfection.
As a coach, I am patient, clear, and involved. I guide you step by step, so you can feel proud of what your body is capable of. You don’t need to be fit to start, you start to become fit. Together, we’ll build strength, energy, and confidence. And all of that without feeling like you have to give everything up, because trust me, I don’t do that either! Charlotte is flexibly available on weekdays as well as during the weekend, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Meet Cesar
Hi! My name is Cesar Gijselhart and I am currently studying to become a Personal Coach. Training movement and personal development are more than interests to me they are what drives me.
I believe in coaching people in a positive and realistic way with a strong focus on motivation trust and enjoying the process of training.
During the 10 Week Challenge I am excited to apply my knowledge in practice and support participants in working towards their personal goals. Together we take step by step progress towards a fitter and stronger body that fits your lifestyle.
Cesar is available on Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Of course, you’re also very welcome to stop by Fresh on your own initiative. We do recommend coming by during a quieter moment, so we can really take the time for you.
Quieter times are:
- Monday before 9:00, between 12:00 and 16:00
- Tuesday before 9:00, between 14:30 and 17:30
- Wednesday before 9:00, between 11:00 and 17:00, or after 20:00
- Thursday all day
- Friday from 13:00 onwards
- Saturday from 13:00 onwards
- Sunday all day
